(TOP) Fort Branch, Indiana’s Chase Stockon muscles Tom and Laurie Sertich’s wingless sprint car through Ocala Speedway’s 3/8 mile, semi banked, D shaped clay bullring during Night Five of the 2026 Winter Dirt Games XVII. The Kistler powered Chevy roars as the 37 year old veteran throws it hard sideways into turn one.

(TOP MIDDLE) Stockon controls the early laps, hammering out front — until a lap six miscue when a slight push through turn three sends the car over the cushion. Kyle Cummins (3P) dives low to steal the lead, but Stockon doesn’t blink — he mashes back to full throttle, drag racing past Cummins down the frontstretch to retake command.

(BOTTOM MIDDLE) With no mistakes the rest of the way and the cushion on the ragged edge, Stockon powers off turn four and charges under the double checkers to score his first USAC Sprint win of 2026 — pure redemption on Ocala’s fast clay!
